Exhaust Insulation Pads

Insulations of equipment such as exhausts and mufflers, which are placed at outlets of vehicle engines, power generators, tribunes that are operate in high temperatures have been made by our company forn long years by using soluble pad system.

Exhaust insulation pads are made of insulation materials produced by using materials with resistance of high temperature and low thermal conductivity coefficient, depending on present temperature in system.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES :

• Exhaust insulation pads can be mounted and dismounted repeatedly.
• Since used materials have low thermal conductivity coefficient, heat insulation is realized in high efficiency.
• It can be applied easily where insulation application is challenging.
• It works flawlessly for long years. Does not require extra maintenance.
• Notwithstanding that initial costs were very high, it is much more economic and effective.  Can be produced in many colors.
• Can be produced in different sizes (depending on size and shape of equipment)
